Shishurai Shob and KCE are working together to improve the health of children in Bangladesh by providing pediatric hospital staff training and access to evidence-based medical information.

In 2020 KCE traveled to Accra and Kumasi to conduct DynaMed training programs at the major tertiary hospitals in the country and at the Ghana Medical College of Surgeons. The College plays a critical role in training and certifying medical professionals and advancing medical knowledge and practice in Ghana and the West African sub-region. The pandemic posed serious obstacles to the continuation of the software trainings and we are committed to rebuilding the project. KCE desires to support the College in their goal of advancing medical knowledge by providing ongoing free DynaMed access.

KCE's featured partner in India is the Government Medical College, Amritsar, which functions as a regional center of excellence in secondary and tertiary medical care services. The College aims to enhance knowledge, facilitate comprehension of emerging scientific and technological concepts, upgrade professional / laboratory skills, and instill an aptitude of research and inquiry. KCE will return to Amritsar this fall to provide DynaMed training and access to a new cohort of medical students, residents, and local providers.

The Patan Academy of Health Sciences (PAHS) is a public not-for-profit tertiary academic institution dedicated to improving Nepal’s rural health by training health workers for rural Nepal. KCE has collaborated with PAHS to provide DynaMed to multiple medical school classes. The goal of PAHS is that its graduates will not only provide severely needed medical care in rural Nepal, but will also eventually become leaders in health care policy, dedicated to improving the health of the remote and destitute populations in Nepal.

KCE works closely with a number of hospitals and health facilities in Lima and rural Peru to provide DynaMed trainings and licenses. KCE currently works with two Peruvian physicians in the rural region of Cajamarca, Dr. Martin Benites Pajares and Dr. Rosa Suarez Macking, to coordinate and provide DynaMed training courses at various hospitals throughout the region. Providing doctors who work in rural communities access to evidence-based medical information is critical to improving health equity in Peru.

KCE's featured partner in Vietnam is the Vietnam National Children's Hospital (VNCH), which KCE has been in partnership with for the entirety of our organization's existence-- seventeen years! VNCH functions as the main pediatric hospital in the entire North and Central regions of Vietnam and their Institute for Research and Learning is responsible for training 28 regional pediatric hospitals. KCE returned to Hanoi, Vietnam this summer to implement a DynaMed train-the-trainer program with the hospital's Institute for Research and Learning to expand DynaMed access to more clinicians and ensure program sustainability. KCE trained and provided DynaMed access to over 200 clinicians and trained 15 "DynaMed Champions," who will provide ongoing DyanMed training at VNCH and other regional hospitals.

KCE returned to Cambodia this summer to implement a DynaMed train-the-trainer program and train clinicians to use DynaMed at Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC), a hosptial KCE has worked with since 2017. KCE trained and provided DynaMed access to over 60 clinicians and trained 8 "DynaMed Champions," who will provide ongoing DyanMed training at AHC.
This summer, KCE started a new partnership with the University of Puthisastra (UP), a health sciences university in Phnom Penh. KCE trained and provided DynaMed access to over 200 students and faculty, and trained 13 "DynaMed Champions," who will provide ongoing DyanMed training at UP.
